1. 長期技能緊缺職業(yè)工作類別 Long Term Skill Shortage List Work Category

如果申請人從事的工作為新西蘭長期緊缺職業(yè)工作，可以申請此類別的簽證。
對申請人的要求：
有新西蘭雇主的offer;
滿足工作要求的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷或者工作經(jīng)驗要求;
如果職業(yè)是新西蘭監(jiān)管職業(yè)，你需要正式或臨時的注冊;
年齡在53周歲以下;
對工作offer的要求：
職業(yè)在新西蘭長期緊缺職業(yè)清單LTSSL上;
工作真實;
全職(平均每周至少工作30小時);
工作期限至少2年;

2. 認(rèn)可雇主類別 Talent (Accredited Employers) Work Category

對認(rèn)可雇主的要求
認(rèn)可的雇主就是我們提前批準(zhǔn)，可以從海外招聘有才華的技工的雇主。他們需要滿足：
經(jīng)濟狀況良好;
一直致力于培訓(xùn)和雇傭新西蘭本地人;
有健全的人力資源政策和工作場所;
如果需要每周工作40小時以上，工資必須按40小時/周的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來發(fā)放。
Accredited employers are employers that we have pre-approved who need skilled or talented workers from overseas. To become accredited, employers have to prove to us that they:
are financially viable
are committed to training and employing New Zealanders
have sound human resource and workplace policies and practices
對申請人的要求：
身體健康
沒有犯罪記錄
55周歲及以下
如果職業(yè)是新西蘭監(jiān)管職業(yè)，你需要根據(jù)工作要求，進行正式或臨時的注冊。
對工作offer的要求：
全職(平均每周至少工作30小時);
工作期限至少2年;
總的基本年薪不少于5.5萬紐幣;
所從事的工作是雇主的主要業(yè)務(wù);
雇主offer需包含以下內(nèi)容：
雇主名稱，地址和合同細節(jié);
申請人的名字和地址;
工作職位或者工作名稱;
工作地點;
工作類別，職責(zé);
工資和工作條件細節(jié)，比如病假，節(jié)假日放假等;
工作對學(xué)歷和經(jīng)驗的要求;
此職業(yè)在新西蘭是否需要注冊;
合同期限;

An offer of employment must be current at the time we assess your application for a work visa.
備注：如果符合條件，申請人會獲得一個多次入境簽證，允許申請人為新西蘭認(rèn)可的雇主工作最多30個月。
簽證要求：
申請人登陸后，只能為一個認(rèn)可的新西蘭雇主工作，如果你打算為其工作的雇主的認(rèn)可被取消或者失效了，你需要：
尋找另外的認(rèn)可的雇主，并向移民局申請簽證條件變更;或者
如果申請人的基本年薪達到5.5萬紐幣，人可以申請變更簽證條件為可以為未認(rèn)可的雇主工作。
When you are here you must meet the conditions of your work visa. You may only work for an accredited New Zealand employer. If the accreditation of the employer you came to work for is cancelled or lapses, you will need to:
find another accredited employer to work for and apply to us to have your work visa conditions changed or
apply to us to have your work visa conditions changed to allow you to work for a non-accredited employer. We will make the change only if you are earning a base salary of at least NZ$55,000 per year (gross), and only after we have first considered all your employer’s – and your – circumstances.
3. 藝術(shù)、文化和體育工作類別 Talent (Arts, Culture and Sports) Work Category

如果你是運動員或者在藝術(shù)或文化領(lǐng)域有杰出成就，可以申請此類別工作簽證。
對申請人的要求：
55歲及以下;
在領(lǐng)域有杰出的才華(Exceptional talent);
在新西蘭享受國家聲譽的組織為其提供擔(dān)保;
Exceptional talent定義：
在自己所從事的領(lǐng)域享有國際聲譽并保持記錄(對于運動員來說，意思就是你曾經(jīng)代表國家隊參加國際比賽);
在本領(lǐng)域仍然很杰出;
將會提升新西蘭相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的成就。

申請人在入境新西蘭之前或者在新西蘭合法停留的時候，可以申請WTR (Work to Residence Visa)
配偶或孩子不能包含在WTR申請中，他們需要申請訪問、學(xué)習(xí)、工作簽證才能入境新西蘭

兩年以后，符合條件的話，可以申請Residence Visa,并且申請人需要在新西蘭境內(nèi)。
