　　如果你的伴侶是新西蘭公民或者居民(resident)，你可以在他們的擔(dān)保下申請居留簽證residence class visa來新西蘭與其團(tuán)聚。未成年子女可以隨行。

　　新西蘭配偶團(tuán)聚簽證申請條件

　　滿足伴侶關(guān)系要求;http://glossary.immigration.govt.nz/PartnershipRequirements.htm

　　與擔(dān)保人同居超過12個(gè)月;

　　雙方都年滿18周歲，如果你的年齡在16-18歲之間，需要有父母或監(jiān)護(hù)人為你提供財(cái)政支持;

　　遞交申請之前雙方見過面;

　　你不是擔(dān)保人的親屬。

　　身體健康;

　　無犯罪記錄;

　　與新西蘭配偶(擔(dān)保人)的關(guān)系真實(shí);

　　如果申請人曾經(jīng)有資格作為General Skills, Residence from Work, Skilled Migrant, Business Immigration or Business Investor categories這些類別的主申的配偶一塊申請移民，但是當(dāng)時(shí)沒有申請，那么現(xiàn)在若要申請配偶團(tuán)聚的話，需要滿足英語要求 > If you were eligible to be included as a partner of a principal applicant in an earlier successful application under the General Skills, Residence from Work, Skilled Migrant, Business Immigration or Business Investor categories, but were not at the time included in the application, you will have to meet the requirements of the English Language policy applying at the time you make your application under the Partnership Category.

　　新西蘭配偶團(tuán)聚簽證擔(dān)保者要求

　　必須是新西蘭公民或永久居民;

　　在此以前只擔(dān)保過1個(gè)伴侶(即一生最多只能提供2次伴侶擔(dān)保);

　　在過去5年內(nèi)沒有擔(dān)保過其他配偶，即如果新西蘭配偶曾成功提供過配偶類別的擔(dān)保，需要在其原配偶獲得新西蘭永久居留權(quán)至少5年后，才能再次提供配偶類別的擔(dān)保;;

　　遞交簽證前的7年之內(nèi)不能有過導(dǎo)致受害人獲得(國內(nèi)暴力受害者類別)居留簽證的家庭暴力行為;

　　如果伴侶是作為主申以夫妻團(tuán)聚方式獲得的身份，那么他獲得居留權(quán)5年之后才能為你提供擔(dān)保，并且只能提供1次伴侶擔(dān)保;

　　注意：擔(dān)保人總共只能在配偶類別下有兩次擔(dān)保及被擔(dān)保資格，即如擔(dān)保人已成功擔(dān)保過前配偶，他/她只能再為一位新配偶提供擔(dān)保;如擔(dān)保人曾被在配偶類別下成功擔(dān)保，他/她也只能再為一位新配偶提供擔(dān)保。

　　An eligible supporting partner is a New Zealand citizen or resident who:

　　has not been included as a partner in or supported more than one previous application where a residence class visa was granted on the basis of partnership, and

　　has not been included as a partner in or supported an application where a residence class visa was granted on the basis of partnership in the five years immediately preceding the date the current application is made, and

　　is not the perpetrator of an incident of domestic violence which has resulted in a residence class visa being granted to a person under the victims of domestic violence category in the seven years prior to the date the application is made.

　　居留簽證被認(rèn)為是基于配偶關(guān)系獲得的，如果擔(dān)保人：

　　曾經(jīng)成功擔(dān)保過一次配偶移民;

　　曾經(jīng)作為主申申請配偶團(tuán)聚，并且成功;

　　曾經(jīng)作為主申成功申請居留簽證，申請中包含的配偶和同時(shí)獲得居留簽證;

　　作為副申獲得居留簽證。

　　A residence class visa is considered to have been granted on the basis of a partnership if the New Zealand partner:

　　previously supported a successful partnership application; or

　　was the principal applicant in a successful partnership application; or

　　was the principal applicant in a successful residence class visa application that included a secondary applicant partner who was also granted residence; or

　　was granted residence as a secondary applicant included as a partner in an application under any residence class visa application.

　　新西蘭配偶團(tuán)聚簽證申請費(fèi)用

　　在中國申請配偶團(tuán)聚簽證的費(fèi)用為(2015 年 12 月7 日更新的)：

　　申請費(fèi)9365元人民幣;

　　申請人需要向簽證中心支付簽證服務(wù)費(fèi)225元人民幣;

　　需要郵寄護(hù)照而非親自前往簽證中心取件的申請人，需要支付每本護(hù)照人民幣50元的郵費(fèi)。
